Welcome to Prompted Proverbs ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website https://promptedproverbs.com, you agree to these Terms & Services. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Description of Service

Prompted Proverbs connects you to the wisdom of the Bible in a meaningful and personalized way. Simply enter a prompt or topic, and Prompted Proverbs will find a related Bible verse tailored to your query, along with insightful commentary.

2. Ownership and Access

As a user, you have access to the application's services for the period of time that you are a paying customer.

3. User Data Collection

We collect your name, email address, and payment information to process your orders. We also collect non-personal data through web cookies to enhance your experience.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://promptedproverbs.com/privacy-policy.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of Canada.

6. 50% of Profits Given to Church(es) Each Month

The same church can not recieve profits 2 times under any circumstances.

The amount a church can recieve is a maximum of $25,000 CAD. 

Any remaining profits from that month will be given to an additional church, and then a different church, and another and so on until the 50% profit fund for that month is depleted.

The selection of churches will be randomized using computer randomization.

We reserve the right to adjust this at any time. If we do, we will notify you by email.

Our goal is to serve as many churches as possible and the way we seek to divide the 50% profit fund will follow this principle.
